None of the female pilots is on JFT...if she's sitting in JFT cockpit doesnt mean she passed OCC...video is just for promotional purpose..
None of the Female Sqr Ldrs(or anyother senior) is in fighter flying..moreover JFT is still single seater and PAF isnt going to make any female pilot go through OCC of JFT in a single seat version..and so on,can be proved in many ways that its just for promotional purpose..

This is not some promotional recruiting video but more of a documentary, female pilots have qualified on the likes of F-7s which are much more unforgiving than JF-17..... we have five operational JF-17 units obviously being manned by pilots who didn't have the benefit of a dual seat trainer.....the subject female pilot transitioned via K-8.

And the subject pilot appears to be a Sqdrn Ldr..how on earth did a sqdr ldr end up on K-8(FCU ofcourse)..further more after FCU (done on K-8) pilots(flying officers) go through OCU which is done on F-7 or Mirages a very few have gone on F-16 and NONE on Jf-17 and thats from a complete authentic source...

Inclusion of Pak Ladies into the armed forces is a long tradition...

@Jonah Arthur sahred a great story of such a Pak lady soldier... so example are many...

Armed forces are and must keep leading by example... surely, these ladies in the documentary will inspire other Young Pak Girls to achieve the heighest goals...

After all more than half of Young Paks are Pak Girls.. such a great potential can not be allowed to go to waste...

K8 is a sqn and each sqn has all ranks and fco/ocu has permanent ranks plus student who rotate

female pilot are very success in western world usaf, Israel, raf etc cannot speak on Eastern world do not know much but think it's mostly due to men mentality and old transitions
