Blasphemy is one thing while leaving Islam is quiet another and there is NO such Law in Pakistan which gives punishment to any murtid (the one who leaves Islam). But there is Blasphemy law as per constitution and you have to obey the law simple as that. Mob lynching or killing is the same in India so do not try to be over-smart
