Hurriyat leader shot at in J-K; critically injured
Srinagar: Unidentified gunmen opened fire and critically wounded Fazl Haque Qureshi, senior separatist leader and executive committee member of the moderate Hurriyat faction, on Friday evening, police said.
He was reportedly shot at in Soura locality of Srinagar.
A police officer said suspected militants fired at Qureshi, the chairman of Peoples Political Front and executive committee member of the moderate Hurriyat group headed by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq.
