I don't know why people are making a big fuss out of this.
Considering the normal 8 to 5 working hours the only problem would be for Zohar and Asar prayer.
Zohar prayer can be done in lunch break.
For Asar prayer they can ask management for 10-15min break.
10-15 min is more than enough.
As stated in the article they all wanted to pray at the same time which management refused.
So why make an issue out of this?(for muslim workers)
You can pray single or if you want to do it Ba Jamat then they can ask for leave for 2 people at the same time as 2 are must for Ba Jamat prayer.
And at the end all muslim workers who took a prayer break must put in extra 10-15 mins work to compensate it.
