Allah may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

“And We have indeed made the Quran easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)?” [al-Qamar 54:17].

Every muslim know 5-10 chapters on an avg. as prayer is done by quran recitation. Even if they don't understand arabic , the memorization is very easy. There r millions around the world who memorizes the whole quran.

Should culture even matter when it comes to learning the only true religion & way of life ordained by Allah(swt) for mankind? Allah(swt) selected arabic as the language for His final message to mankind. Man-made notions of culture and associated pride is something Islam came to abolish.
