CIA developed what seems to be any encrypted aap for messages.Turns out to be a spying tool.. 100s were arrested in a single day..

The messages sent in the app for, robbery, killing, drug dealing, etc

Not that I have something to hide but this is why I never used that supposedly secure communication app Tor. In fact I think using Tor would notify CIA etc that the user is acting suspicious.
