Every country have its share of problems because people are not perfect anywhere. However, living standards in US are much better than in many countries. Freedom of expression is also one of the strongest elements of US, just look at how much shit Donald Trump have to endure in the capacity of POTUS. Try to critic President Xi Jinping to this extent in China and see what happens.

Freedom of expression in US is overrated from my experience. US has a different kind of censorship/opinion suppression. Ask any one who works in the US- you cant say ANYTHING about gender, race, religion in public. So my conclusion is that the US has a different model of censorship. IN other countries its govt ---> citizens censorship. In US, its citizens---> citizen type of censorship. facts!
