we also drove Kurds back from the area they controlled in Iraq but we send a diplomatic mission there and made it clear that they retreat by themselves is a lot more beneficial for them and anyone else . on other hands turkey usually start the negotiation with them by threatening them and then bombing them . then later they decide to reach some agreement through some middleman .
