Personally, I have no idea. It will depend on the whims and fancies of some policy maker in Washington.

If Pakistan proves itself useful to Amrika post 2014 then the honeymoon may be extended.

As an Indian I have no preference in this matter. You as the participating party should.

few cents here and there don't matter in billion dollar transaction.
