keeping in mind previous 3.5 years of IK govt it seems if they come back even with 2/3 they will not be able to correct the system which is corrupt to its core.
I have some questions
1. Judiciary (it will remain same you cant change whole system )(as for as i know)(Nawaz installed judges are example)
2. Bureaucracy ( it seams Punjab govt which installed its judges and officers at higher post will not let PTI work efficiently.) we already witnessed
3. Electable( it still looks PTI may be depending on electable for 2/3 (specially central Punjab , and Balochistan (sardari system) interior Sindh( and they are immensely corrupt and have no fear of impeachment)
4. Establishment (will they let it go that easy?? they had been ruling us since 65 i think or may be from the start)

your views ??

I say if they dont work, remove there perks these are all leaches
how will you remove a judge?? judiciary is at 130 out of 140 but what is the procedure to remove a judge?? all lawyers are corrupt liars and .... . . . you know what i mean. solution?

If IK will return winning elections his hands shall still be tied.
But if he wins by 2/3, then He can take these two steps:

1. Constitutional changes to bring presidential system.
2. Make smaller manageable provinces. This will break bureauocracy linkages.

Smaller provinces will bring huge socioeconomic changes.

The stage at which Pakistan is right now (economically) there can't be any if or but. Heads put roll or else you'll witness SriLanka Part 2 on a much greater scale. Tough economic decisions must be taken or.......

Our Judges are as close to being above the law as anyone in our society. They know the law so well that they can cloak their untoward deeds in a cloud of grey matter and uncertainty and get away with alot. If they were so inclined to and we’ve not even mentioned Mr Bajwa , what to do with him ?

he has to pass law around golden handshake. so that these babus/judges can be moved out in a way that is palatable to most.
those who dont take the handshake, need an anti corruption under cover intelligence, that using phones and secret cameras can take people taking bribes.
put them in anti corruption court. where they can present evidence on why they are innocent, and if not they are dismissed. make these babus fear their shadows like east germans were afraid of stasi. wifaqi muhtasib but with big brass 🎱🎱

Elections are a farce in current system.

Even if Imran Khan wins with 2/3rd majority, "they" will assassinate him.

Thats what happened in 1970 elections, Mujib won majority, but West Pakistan refused to give him power. East Pakistan separated as a result, now known as Bangladesh.

It may sound bitter, but it is reality. The rot is too deep.

The system needs to be uprooted, bandages wont work. With the looming threats of economic meltdown and default, Sri Lanka like situation is not far.

There is only one way to fix Pakistan, either Iranian revolution option for which you need pasdaran-e-inqilab or the Taliban option...there is no other way to fix any rotten society. Democracy has never elevated the weak and down trodden nor the subjugated.

Even with 2/3rds majority in NA, he won’t have 2/3rds in Senate. He won’t be able to pass any constitutional amendment anyways.

He will once the Senate is up for re-election. Perhaps he can pass legislation to curtail the powers of judiciary.

Come back with an uncompromising mandate to purge insitutions of any sort of mafias, if they are political / bureaucratic / of judges, go after any sort of grouping that act as gatekeepers. PTI must develop a comprehensible narrative against mafias in our institutions that also directly effect common folks where they are forced to pay bribes to these mafias. Get a team of PTI lawyers technocrats etc to go about doing things properly don't just shoot in the dark and pray it doesn't miss. I think this tension b/w Imran and institutions may turn out to be exactly what our country needs.

This nation is mostly comprised of cowards, if you just chop heads off of just 2-5 corrupt people in every ministry and dept, teer ki tarah sab seedhay hojainge

Unfortunately that means a lot of bloodshed, but it requires immediate decisions and not kangaroo courts
The powerful mafia and establishment have an ironfist security and protection all times. Our awaam even if in millions will not stand a chance against the bullets/firing squads/armies of these mafia and powers. Too much protocol.

Just look how the “sarkaari cars” are abused 24/7 by a bhikkari nation…..even their kids r driving around green plated vehicles….their god-given right over the poor……
In a sad way I’m hopeful that the global food/economic crisises will finally eliminate these mafias….or an attack from usa/india

Werna ye leechain hor 100 saal hamara khoon paseena nachorti rahaingi….and our generals are enjoying the perks too….sabke pait nikal aye KFC pizza kha ke…ab ye lerne k qabil kaha…..ye indians k agay bheek mangainge aur “peace” mangainge
While they’re fully preparing for a full invasion and attack on Pak…..hum bas dallar dallar khel rahay

New laws and changes in existing laws are desperately needed. If Khan sb gets 2/3rd majority, he will be able to do so without needing anyone. Once new laws are passed, Bureaucracy, courts, and the judicial system need to be fixed.
Leave corruption aside, instead fix the system in such a way that no one can be able to bypass laws, or manipulate it to their advantage, No other country can interfere in your matters, no turncoats and floor crossing. Once the system is fixed, corruption will automatically reduce. Look at the future, jo ho gaya ha so ho gaya ha.

No he can't. To make fundamental changes in constitution or essentially a new constitution you need dastoor saaz assembly which is different.

So unless he has a Constituent assembly even if he wins all the seats all the amendments will be with in the basic framework laid by constitution.
