Na, most difficult task to do, it would be easy to develop/purchase anti radiation suicide drone like harpy, develop a tactics/ ECM/EW against S-400, and you have to remember S-400 is a moving system how do locate S-400 precisely by SSW, It easy to develop/purchase ECM/EW and purchase longer range BVR then METEOR sabotaging/delaying ops by SSW @thebaj
