Joint ventures enjoyed tax breaks along with many other preferential policies when they first came to China, they only invest in China when they see opportunities to make big money, no one forced them to come.

Told u already, VN got 40 cases cos we open the country for tourism & bussiness ( abt 10 cases from UK,EU,US came to VN, 5 cases from CN ). When Hubei re-open the cities, nCov cases will be back to thousands.

Thats why CN still dare not let foreigners come to Hubei now cos u will be dead by nCov again till having real vaccine.

Producing grain, poultry etc Need money to buy seeds, petrol-fuel for farming machines, salary for farmers etc, and CN govt can not give Free meal to all quarantined ppl till having real vaccine.

Washington has already pressed TSMC to stop supplying Hauwei but could increase the pressure by going straight to the Taiwan Government, the biggest single shareholder in the company.
