It takes time to produce in Vietnam, Indonesia, Bangladesh or other countries. You once only made bicycles. Forgotten?

China made aircraft, cars and semiconductor devices as early as the 1950's, spacecraft and nukes in 1960's, even had a few Nobel Prizes.

Vietnam started not even being able to make a bicycle, still can barely make a bicycle, and with its current 0.19% R&D spending (one of the lowest in Southeast Asia and the world), will forever only be able to make bicycles.
