Has no real information on the topic and they will talk. What he knows not is that Chinese authorities have never labelled Pakistani Uighur's as terrorist or somewhat being involved in it. They are now a part of society and contributing to it. If they were like Afghan refuges, it would make sense but......

They are a part of the society now, they are not terrorist but innocent people. I must also point out the fact that Islam in China is actually flourishing in some provinces, especially with the Hui Muslims who have extremely liberal treatment from the government in return for model behaviour and harmonious relations with all ethnic groups. Xinjiang is the wild wild west. Seperatists, fundamentalist, fanatics, xenophobes - its all there. The Uyghurs killed over 200 civilians during the 2009 riots while chanting "KILL THE HAN, KILL THE HUI". In return, the central government turn the screws on religion in a ham fisted manner.

If the Uyghurs stop train station attacks, violent riots, carrying ceremonial knives and live in accordance with the true teachings and principles of Islam, then the central government will deem them harmonious like the Hui and ENCOURAGE their faith rather than suppress it.

These Uyghurs have been in Pakistan ever since its creation and are a productive part of society. They are not recent comers as some posters have confused them for. Their concern is with Pakistan.

I don't know why some people are assuming that these guys don't have Pakistani nationality. The article mentions no such thing, and anyway, their kids were born in Pakistan and any kid born in Pakistan is automatically a citizen of Pakistan. They've been here a long time and even for naturalized nationality only about 7 years continuous stay is required so I'm sure all of them are Pakistani citizens without any problems by now. You know you can't cross Pakistan border to china and back without having a valid passport so all such speculations are are unfounded. These guys are totally settled and completely Pakistani, legally and otherwise.

Sir, i hear your concern but these people have been living here for a lot of time. A part of society now. They are not involved in terrorism in any sort, i am talking about Uighur's in Pakistan, which they aren't now they are long Pakistanis. Point being i suggest you read the article, they are mostly innocent people who are trying to move on with their lives. IF China had reservations that these Uighur's in Pakistan are involved in terrorism in China, i am sure we would have cooperated long ago. It's just that these people are those who have at one point of time suffered a lot and tried to get on with their lives here.
