Indians have always been very offensive to presence of foreign troops in India since we have never forgotten the exploitation by colonial powers. This is the staunch Indian mentality. India have its own interests instead of joining some rivalry which is none of India's concerns.

What do you mean? 
There needs to be a total re-writing of borders in the arab world that reflect real factors. These fake and destructive borders set by imperial powers need to be removed asap.
Also we need a totally new system, i.e. a federal structure like in the US or even a EU system.
States controlled by kings, sheikhs, beduin families, armies and dictators should be liberated.
Instead democratic states working under a federal government is the way forward.

What we have now is a catastrophe, and I actually wish the Otthomans had been able to crush the so called arab revolt, which only represents a greedy Godless minority willing to ally themselves with their enemies against their own brethren. Just like what is happening today.
