We're in the middle of it too and would be heavily affected by climate change. Pakistan needs to move on this angle as well but the picture doesn't seem to be optimistic here

That’s why scientists are coming up with novel, new designs to help keep temperatures down in Singapore.

There is a lot of low hanging fruit in this realm to help Pakistan's people and their efforts to remain comfortable.

Something pakistan should take note at, another thing I saw was that Singapores temperature increased due to AC. they stacked acs above each other not allowing thr air to escape thus increasing the temperature, something along them lines I don’t really remember it since It was a while back, Singapore is the best example of unity and prosperity, a few decades or so, ethnic Muslim malays and the Chinese were killing each other due to racial tensions, now they are progressing together and are imo the most modern country in Asia, (besides China).

How Singapore Uses Science to Stay Cool
The central cooling saves energy as it is water cooled and not air cooled. You can save energy from your AC unit if you have a sprinkler, showering water on your outdoor unit. I have a design in mind to save energy and it will save a lot if it becomes practical.

Even w/o vegetation if you have either solar panel or solar cell, it will absorb energy on the roof. Technically, from roof mainly heat transfer occurs and not from walls. That is why the lower storey is cooler than the upper one. People can have vegetation on their balcony and terrace instead., for freshness.

Then there is a thought of have white roads instead of black one. That may be hazardous as it reflect light. However, vegetation along road is a best solution. Having electric public transport is another solution.
