Come on!!!
I had a kannadiga muslim friend who told me that burkha was compulsory in her (all-girls)college, and that was long back. This is not a new phenomenon in muslim colleges.
Btw I am all for uniforms in colleges, short tops and leggings can be worn for picnics.
