In 1912 when China was declared a Republic main problem of warlords and feudalism still existed in China and that was the main cause of triggering support for communism in China.

In India during British Era, main problem was Feudal System of Landlords(Zamindari System) and Serfdom (Bandhwa Mazdoori). So,when India become independent, Zamindari System was abolished and Serfdom was made a criminal offence. (Feudalism is still legal in Pakistan and Bangladesh also abolished that). And Congress government also brought many revolutionary steps. That's why Democratic System failed in most third world countries of Asia, America and Africa but it became successful in India. And that the case why Maoist didn't get widespread support even in 45 years. And with the Economic Boom in last 20 years and failing of socialist economy in 1947-1991, it is impossible that they could incite a Civil war.

Maoist are divided into two factions now, one supporting peace-talks and other Stubborn group who don't support peace-talks and want to continue armed struggle. Parts of my home state is also affected by them. They often extort money from working people, often blows schools and damage infrastructure and that is also the cause of widespread hatred against them.

7.5 million Death, In 2001 India's population was 1 Billion, in 2011 it is 1.2 Billion means in 10 years population increased by 200 millions or average 20 million per year means 27.5 million people were born and 7.5 million died of hunger every year

7.5/27.5*100= 27.27% children died of hunger alone means 1 in every 3-4 children born died of hunger in India.
