if this is secret then how would any body knows about pakistani nukes increasing at high rate and figures mentioned on different sites too.

Well,I have no idea how did they came to the numbers-may be HUMINT,may be SIGINT or ELINT or whatever else.But you should note that it's not the number of nukes which is most important but the amount of fissile material is.Now lets take a look at India's estimated capability to produce weapons-grade Pu/year.As of 2010 there were two military reactors-
1.CIRUS-50 mW,12-15 kg of weapons-grade Pu/year.Operational from 1964-2010.Total possible Pu produced:650 kg or so,but lets assume it produced 500 kg.
2.Dhruva-100 mW.25-30 kg/year.Total-700-780 kg.But lets assume it produced 550 kg.
So as per the most conservative estimate,India should have produced atleast 1 ton of weapons-grade Pu,enough to make 200 fission devices of 30 kt yeld.Now note that BARK has the capacity to extract Tritium from its Pressurised Heavy Water Reactors and also produces Li6 isotope.These two components can be used to turn those fission warheads into boosted fission warheads of 250 kt each.
Besides,there are reports that BARK had seperated 8 ton of reactor-grade Pu by 2008,enough to produce 800 fission warheads of 30 kt if they want.
Now last but not least coming to the civil nuclear deal.As per the deal,India will declare 8 of its 22 PHWRs as military reactors and will be outside IAEA safeguards.As per this deal,these reactor can't be fueled by imported fuel and can't be linked to the national power grid.Now figure it out by yourself what they can be used for.

Do you even know what you just did??You just accepted one simple yet hard fact which usualy you guys like to deny-Pakistan can't survive in a conventional war with India,let alone defending the borders.THANKS for accepting this.
