lol.. every country except pakistan want a peaceful neighborhood.. afghanistan need pakistan's cooperation to become a developed country as Afghanistan is a landlocked country, all its trade through sea is only possible through pakistan at this point. if india can built a port in iran and make an alternative way through iran to Afghanistan then Afghanistan's dependent on pakistan will be reduced. india is helping afghanistan by investing in infrastructure unlike Pakistani's investment in terrorism. india is training afghan soldiers too..
