He is naturally ectomorph. The water in Gaza causes weight loss for people not used to it. You will catch virus drinking unclean water. Anyway we can clearly see he is playing video games, watching television, grilling chicken, etc....They treated him with good and professional care. He is not allowed to write book on his experience in captivity otherwise Israeli gov't will punish him(because positive sentiment).
