Official estimates put it between 3.4-.3.6 million, based on 1.6% of the population and that also depends on what figure you take regarding Pakistan's population, which some say has now crossed 200 million.

After Hindus, Christians are Pakistan's second-largest minority group representing about 1.6% of the country's overwhelmingly Muslim population.
However the community itself says there are many more, which I tend to agree with, but not the 13% they quote.
It's very important to bring in the notice of international media the facts that Christians are 13 % of the population of Pakistan.
