We all feel negative emotions(sadness, anger, stress, fear, despair, loneliness, frustration etc) at some point of our life. We may be having an altogether wonderful day when unexpectedly, negative thoughts cloud our happy mood. I want to know how you guys overcome these negative emotions ? What do you do when you feel down or depressed? How do you release your frustration?
Emotions are something that possess the power to completely alter our outlook on life from the positive to the negative. So many people take theirs own life due to their own or other people's negative outlook of them and it destroys them.What people need to learn , we only get one life and we need to preserve our emotions for better outcomes not for negative ones.
