If his point of Investment goes where the money goes is correct, then there should be investment in 1960s, 1970s and 1980s, and is what he said is correct about China do not let Foreign Power in, then there should be investment from 70s and 80s, but the reality is US investment only come in 1980s, hence, proof his point is incorrect.
