Hovercrafts in The PNS

Salam everyone. I was just thinking. Why doesn't PNS doesn't order a few Hovercrafts
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hovercraft. Since the 2 Islands of the coast of Karachi are on their way to become some type of economic hubs. They would need a transportation system. There are many companies who can be assigned for the manufacturing of the hovercrafts.

Pakistan has already acquired a few of the hovercrafts. I agree they could be quite useful, however doing the job that can be done by small patrol boats is debatable.

But thats not enough. I mean there are many jolts while riding a boat. But a hovercraft is quiet and smooth when riding it.
