So many views are coming in the news. I think something is happening there folks. May be they are going for something big with Rafale. Possibilities don't end at fighter jets only. They are creating diversion from something in my opinion.

7 - 8 years have passed since i first heard about this $10 billion project the markets have hugely changed across the globe .

Guys, calm down- it will happen sooner rather than later. Right now all we can say for certain is the deal will be signed anytime in 2013 (of course we are all hoping it is early 2013!).


The reason there are so many timelines are a) shoddy "desi" journos b) so many vested parties from the IAF to MoD to GoI to Dassualt to the French govt, all with different sources, different snippets of info etc. There is no concrete timeline for talks like this nor a precedent for such complex talks so we really can't weed out whose timelines are accurate and who's are BS.

Let me give you a suggestion, do not buy J-7, put your bloody money on your such an advanced LCA, creat LCA I, II, III....., otherview, you have to buy, buy and buy.
