I think several guys are interested in make Ho Tram, Phu Quoc, Vung Tau, Bo Y become some casino and resorts attracted regional and international guests ...
The project of building new channel through Thailand also make those projects more attractive
FYI, Phu Quoc considered as another Singapore, which is much cheaper ...
But I'm worry about corruption in give them our land with cheap price ...

so if sochi was a corrupt project what is this? Its just few houses for 100 billion dollar wtf? while ours was modernizing a whole city and making the best winter Olympics. Next time vietnam should hire russians if they want to build stuff
