The ethic value in Hong Kong or Taiwan is not same with the ethic value in Indonesia, especially in Bali which the People in Bali mostly will give the best respect and always give the best service to their guest

Hong Kong beats UK, US on 'human freedom' index
Hong Kong ranks third-best globally for "human freedom", topping such well-established democracies as the United States and United Kingdom, according to the research from the Fraser Institute, a Canadian think tank. The mainland stood at 100th.
The city was the star performer for economic freedom - scoring 9.02 out of 10. But in terms of personal freedom, or civil liberties, it measured 7.8, worse than at least 49 countries.
This gave it an overall score on the "human freedom index" of 8.39, below New Zealand and the Netherlands. The US was ranked 7th and the UK 18th.
"No nation that has adopted economic freedom has ever failed to evolve towards civil and political freedoms, with only two possible exceptions: Singapore and Hong Kong," the report noted. "The great question for the future is whether ... market reforms ultimately lead to other freedoms in [mainland] China."
The mainland was given 5.1 and 6.44 points for personal and economic freedom respectively.
The personal freedom indicator included freedom of speech and religion, legal discrimination against homosexuals and women's freedom. The economic one focused on property protection and individuals' engagement in voluntary transactions.
Civic Party lawmaker Dr Kenneth Chan Ka-lok, an international studies scholar at Baptist University, said the low personal freedom ranking "sounds a timely alarm over signs of compromising civil liberties and an increasingly authoritarian government" in Hong Kong.
Dr Benedict Chan Shing-bun, at the Hang Seng Management College, agreed with the index's methodology. "I believe [mainland officials] are aware of the importance of keeping Hong Kong's economic edge."
The index table, involving 123 countries and regions, was drawn from 2008 and was contained in a new book, Towards a Worldwide Index of Human Freedom, co-researched by Germany's Liberales Institut.

The Chinese nationals, who were detained and investigated for seven hours in Manila, will also be banned from entering the country, the report added.
Deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said in a radio interview that Cruz does not want to pursue a formal complaint against the foreign journalists.
I believe hindi na naman po nag-file ng complaint si Maam Ballsy at si Sir Eldon," she said in an interview over government-run radio dzRB.
The couple were on their way to Cebu City last Friday to attend a wedding there when Cruz had a brush in with two of the 12 Chinese media men who were sharing the flight with them.
Cruz reportedly called the attention of the Chinese nationals for reportedly being rowdy when Han Yang and Miliyasi shouted at him and reportedly grabbed his collar.
The journalists were flown back to Manila after the incident, and were detained for further investigations while the 10 proceeded to Cebu as part of a familiarization tour" to promote tourism in Cebu.
Valte further said the Palace does not see the incident as being linked to the rift between the Philippines and China following tensions in the south West Philippine Sea (South China Sea).

The Philippine Government may have committed lapses during the siege but there's always a right place and a right time to ask the president about it and it should be done in a respectful manner. Why don't they ask Chinese government on killing hundreds of pro-democracy Chinese students in Tienanmen?

You will be send packing if you talk loud during a movie in a movie theatre.
Would you have expected the same result if you are in a international forum and facing nations leaders?
Problem is not that whether its ok or not to disrespect someone, but rather should you display that disrespect in public.
Same deal as in I can accept you pick your nose at home, but definitely not in the street, especially when you are standing next to me...
