Dude, not just about this specific issue but small ones here and there that aim to malign mainstream Hindu community of fostering "extremism" which no one in the world other than a few anti-Hindu elements believe in.

Gunner, Dirty politics it is and being in south asia you must be aware of it. Congress in, its effort to show their secular face and show BJP in bad light, uses all these dirty tricks. Tell me honestly, how many saffron terror attacks have you heard off in past couple of years?

Such statements start appearing in media before elections in any state to polarize the voters. These statements came before Gujarat/Bihar local elections. But it seems people better knows the real motives of such statements by congress and see how they got beating in Gujarat and Bihar i am sure the results won't be different.
People are voting for development these days rather than going by religious out look of parties.

Thank you for the answer. I can understand the political motives given the identity of the Congress as a secular party. But given the fact that such reports do originate, this phenomenon does exist..doesn't it? Even though it might be on a very small scale but that's how it all begins. I hope it is not ignored just because of the politics involved.
