I’m a Punjabi from interior sindh have been there since before Pakistan was even an idea, migrated to sindh in late 1800s.For all the bad you hear about interior Sindh, Sindhis rarely migrate out of Sindh
Which makes me feel suspect about conditions of interior Sindh
I can assure you interior sindh is bad. There’s reasons why people don’t migrate out of interior sindh. Migrating out will just make things much harder because in interior sindh we at least have schools (although shit quality of education), jobs (although not based on merit rather quota and bribes) and homes. Migrating will mean we don’t even have that. Also cuz of Sindhi nationalism many ethnic Sindhis support ppp and would never want to leave sindh. My area in sindh is very anti ppp tho we have pmln (f) but even then the people would not migrate out because it’s very hard to. At most they migrate to Karachi to get better education and jobs but nowadays Karachi isn’t much better. My parents migrated to Karachi to get education and then from there to Canada. Interior sindh it’s easy to just survive because it’s easy to get jobs easy to go to school and easy to live but that’s basically it. We don’t have good roads, we often have water issues for our lands, we have bad quality of education but it’s easier to just live and survive there. It might sound confusing but ppp have made it very easy for people of interior sindh to just survive and live but very hard for us to progress. Waderas don’t really effect average people of interior sindh like outsiders think. So even for all it’s bad it’s still easier to continue living in interior sindh than migrate to a new foreign land.
