What logic have I used? By 'practically' I implied the ratio of one ethnicity to another in BD. When or rather IF some other ethnicity becomes a sizeable percentage, it won't seem an ethno-state then. Currently, one ethnicity accounts for 98% of the population while all the others combined are only a little more than 1%.

Rohingyas to Biharis to everyone are treated as foreigners or a burden... They face racism and the amount of evidence on this forum alone is enough.

Ethnicity is a complicated thing in South Asia. Bengali language is unifying us. Not all Bangladeshis are racially same. If a Bengali brahmin and dalit speaking the same language, does that make them racially same?

The government surely is failing to provide them incentives to do so. For all the boasting about economy and how everyone now has access to Internet and Smartphones. You cant convince a bunch of people?

Now rohingyas are stateless people borne out of conflict. They need to be adjusted. Myanmar is not a safe place for them. So a Rakhine state serves all purposes.
