Hindu Students In Madrassa's of India?

Why is everyone so riled up about some obscure citizen's personal views and harebrained conspiracy theory expressed in letter to a newspaper editor? Is that obscure person so important that his views matter so much? Geez, there are far more flaming letter written by some Indians to Indian newspaper editors!

And btw, we shall not accept the accusation that India is playing a subversive role in Pakistan through its consulates in Afghanistan. Not unless we SEE EVIDENCE in the form of say pics of Indian made weapons captured by Pak forces and paraded to the media or confessions of captured militants/their Indian passports/identification/origins etc! Dont just post insane inane conspiracy theories!
Like a take on Jerry Maguire's quote "SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE"!!!

i wud rather speak bout the plight of brahmin in the hands of the seculars and protectors of the oppressed..Rather its a reverse oppression now..
:cheesy: you are against congress. And ahh what a nice day that would be when brahmins will be discriminated.

Nevermind rather in punjbai nevermand

@ Jana
I'm extremely sorry that I read your post.. again...and was disappointed...again.

The topic of this thread is the Hindus students in Madarsa ( not Indians in Afganisthan). The article highlights the multi dimensions of religion in India ,it's "live and let live "principles. This positive news is interpreted negatively negatively in pakistan.
Indians want to know why news in pakistan interpreted as..
Good for India = Bad for Pakistan and
Bad for India= Good for pakistan ??

The post was in reply to an off topic post by your Indian fellow.

Secondly its not due to live and let live principal and multi-dimension religions in India rather here in this case its linked to quality of education and above all linked finencial ease which forced the Hindus or non-Muslims to go to Islamic madrasas.

And for your information out of millions of Pakistanis hardly few on forums know about this news that too after it was posted so no question of negativity or positivity.

And i feel it doesnt matter even if we take it as positive as you can see your Indian fellows have even failed digest my positive remarks about it in my first post on this thread.

Unlike your hawkish govt and ministers who come in media and give statements and your media(world's worest hatemongers:sick:)without any concrete evidence and then ask for action against whom they accuse Pakistanis wiat for proper time and proper forum like they gave it to your govt in NAM confrence and have certainly given that to Afghanistan govt: and US forces in Afghanistan as evident from Genral Stanley McChrystal's statement, and btw the our foreign office has said that the evidence will be brought in the media at some proper time so wait and see but then again even if they bring it in media you or any of your chaps wont accept it.

And all of you stick to topic and stop bashing Jana learn to have respect for senior and founding members of the forum.

Madrassa Education in India

Madrassa education in India aims at educating Muslim children living in this country. Madrassas were originally established to spread the message of Islam and impart religious teaching on its followers. The Ulamas, a group of religious specialists used to perform the role of teachers in Madrassa to spread Islam outside the Arabian Peninsula. A Madrassa was as treated as a high school or college earlier. In the Islamic era, there were thousands of Madrassas which were as big as some universities today. They were full with exhibit museums, libraries and visiting scholar programs.

Great scholars and professors dedicated their lives in the Madrassas for learning the philosophy of Islam, the Farsi language, and more significantly, to broaden knowledge among ordinary public.

Monarchs as well as masses were educated in the Madrassas in the yesteryears. And even today Madrassa education in India has played a vital role in educating thousands of Muslim children. The importance of Madrassas lies in its potential to make education available to the poorer section of the society.

The central as well as the state government of India provide various facilities to make easy the Madrassa education in India. To help Muslim students get higher education, the Central government is trying to permit Madrassa students to join conventional courses in various colleges and universities.

Institutes such as Aligarh Muslim University , Jamia Milia Islamia and Jamia Hamdard grant equality of qualifications from Madrassas. Aligarh Muslim University and Jamia have a correspondence commission that evaluates the degrees of students from Madrassas. The Madrassas apply to the committee regarding their courses and the committee recommends the levels of formal education systems comparing to the Madrassa education. The government thinks that the equality system may help conquer the educational backwardness of Muslims. The equality system would help them to offer better job chances.

Most of the Madrassa students face the lack of knowledge of science and mathematics. The only option for the Madrassa students is to learn subjects like Urdu, Arabic, Persian and Islamic studies along with Yunani medicine. Some Madrassas teach subjects such as information technology and journalism.

The aim of the government is to bring all Madrassas under the roof of the Central Madrassa Board to increase the quality of education provided.

However the need of the hour is to impart education that are relevant and help the Muslim children in building up capabilities so that they can compete on an equal footing with other students of the country.

:partay: and i am still loving it. No less than an achievment

and u try ur best to live to that "achievement".;) and u are doing that perfectly.

Hindus appeared in exams conducted by Madarsa "board" ( not any particular school), hence the notion of free education doesn't arises.
Board just conducts the exams. you get the education , as per the boards syallubus either in any school or through self study.

I'm still awaiting reply for my query. Let me repeat.
Why is anything that is Good for India = Bad for Pakistan and
Bad for India = good for pakistan

The board exam fee is just one time that too when you are appearing for the exam isnt it?

On the other hand you have to pay charges in regular schools for study through out.

Do i need to explain or you are just trying to be a naive person.
