No. Unlike india there are no anti minority pogroms in Pakistan. Few terrorist attack yes, but by the same people targeting civilians from all communities in Pakistan.

His pain is bundling hinduism with india, which should not happen... Pakistani Hindu community in fact is more prosperous, educated and socially well off than the national average. That says a lot about them being persecuted or not. Same unfortunately can't be said about indian minorities.
