I do not wish to start putting up articles here as i do not want to inflame but the charge that I think from my research that needs answering is officials enforcing the implementation and allowing perpetrators of injustice to escape justice

The Sanchar Committee report that you so just love to quote is not a holy book and have its own shortcomings which was pointed out by many. For example in my state Kerala according to this report Muslims are under represented in Govt services and this is a state which has 100% literacy and high HDI index at par with developed countries and above all Muslims in Kerala enjoy reservation. The reason for under representation is simple.. there are not much takers for Govt jobs in Kerala. While on the flip side of the coin, the private sector is dominated by minorities especially Muslims, not to mention countless schools and colleges run by Islamic foundations,which is sadly ignored. So you can all day talk about how Muslims don't do well in India but ignore the fact that the richest non-oil Muslim is also from India.

As for Dalit's case I remember in this same forum many Dalit atrocity stories are busted as the purpetators behind the crime were also find to be Dalits themselves. In India, using Dalit card is just like 'Get out of jail' card. I particularly remember case in my place where police arrested a youth belonging to Dalit caste on suspicion. He was let out , but hanged himself due to shame (arrest by police is a big issue in my place) and the next day all media were screaming 'Dalit youth hanged himself due to police brutality' taking special care to stress the DALIT word.

Govt eases citizenship rules for Pak refugees - Hindustan Times

The way Shias are being killed in Pakistan in Quetta, FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan, Karachi who are openly declared as "Wajib-ul-Qatl" but no culprit got sentenced. more than 250 alone murdered in April. Shia Hazaras are saying we are witnessing genocide in Pakistan.

It seems in few years even Pakistani Shias will start leaving country.

According to home ministry records, these 12,000 Pakistanis — most of them Hindus — entered India on long-term visas before 2004, 75% of them
having migrated to Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Maharashtra.

“The government has waived off the rule requiring them to produce a certificate from the Pakistani government to establish they have surrendered their Pakistani citizenship. This was a major hurdle since this certificate wasn’t forthcoming,” a ministry official said.

Instead, all they have to do is produce an affidavit to this effect.

there are certain people who enjoy indulging into never-ending arguments on this forum and there are some who like addressing taboo topics to gain a broader perspective on what ails humanity in this day and age...
I'd like to adress my post to the latter group...
yes there are social divides in India...not just on religious terms on a lot of terms...there is a lot of dissimilarity....all the data that you have has been collected by Indian media sources....for directing them towards achieving social equality...
IMO...India is an experiment in the history of mankind...if we inspite of our differences can stay put as a country and achieve success in every endevour we undertake...there is hope for mankind...try to wrap your brain around this concept not as a patriot but as a humanist...

WTF this thread is pointless. If Pakistanis have a concern about muslims of India then nobody is stopping them they should allow the indian muslims to migrate to pakistan and see how many of them would want to migrate to pakistan ,,, but they will get the biggest shock of their life when they will see not even 1% of the whole 160 million indian muslims would be ever interested to migrate to pakistan Or any other country except some brainwashed -disloyal kashmiris .And they are hundreds of reasons we don't think bout pakistan and millions of reason we love our country.

Hindu Right wings are 100 times better then taliban and extrimist organisation existing across the border, who are mercilessly killing their own people in the name of JIHAD and claim to be soldiers of Islam.
