There were many assassination attempt on Mahatma Gandhi life by the Hindu Maha Sabha members and in the end Nathuram Godse was able to do that. Hindu Maha Sabha and RSS were banned but the ban from RSS was lifted as Hindu maha Sabha was behind the assassination not RSS.

Supreme court of India is sole protector of the Indian constitution better ask them why they passed such judgement. They are better authority of to Explain.

So in other words, you can not point me to any article in the Indian constitution which says, "hinduism is the core of Indian constitution"? Ok, I understand.

But just for our educational purpose, can you show us the judgement of Supreme court, which says "Hindusims is the core of Indian Constitution"?

One: There is nothing in the source I could find which says, that says "Hinduism is the core of Indian constitution". May be some lawyer could help?
