Rural folk whatever religion tend to be more conservative. Muslims are not exception.

sensationalist hain na media waaley.. sab apna munafa dekh rahe hai, kitne views, kitni TRP.

as you well know, "beef/illegal cattle transport" le k bhi lynchings hui hai.. terrible, but its there for everyone to see, also all sorts of other crimes.. but this one is a bit too much to believe. I have no interest in defending any of it, its all horrible but I'm not buying it for now.

The Muslim rulers of India followed by the British Raj tried their best to eliminate this ritual. I think this is very rare now.. but exceptions can always be found. It is a sad incident and her family should be punished for trying/encouraging/forcing to burn her alive.

this is the standard practice of reporting a news by media. There could be a mass shooter who openly fires on public and take many innocent lives but once he is caught and despite the fact many video evidences are there.. the media usually reports with terms such as “suspect”.. “alleged” etc
