From this image you can clearly see our population lies mainly around the Indus river more or less the same for Egypt

Not sure what inferences can be made from these pics. For instance I'd guess most of the lights in the US are from street lights.

The lights however may not correlate to density. You could have houses tight together or wide apart and they'd still probably have the same number of lights.

Plus maybe wealthier areas of a country can simply afford to run lots of outdoor house lights on all night. With LED's this is becoming easier.

What if the Pakistani pic was taken during the loadshedding season right before the time people fired up their generators?

Since there is not a very great night time party scene in Pakistan. Plus we can't sleep with lights on.
