What you say is bosh. I have been to the UK, there are certain neighbourhoods you are told to avoid high risk of getting jumped or mugged its most often the chavs with them black mates.
I'm terirbly sorry but you are equating crime which is a social and economic issue with terrorism and xenophobia, two seperate issues. Can you please confirm what exactly are you trying to imply so that I can discuss further for now your statement makes no sense.
The word CHAV again I will repeat myself is a pejorative, a label, you can be completely law abiding and still be a chav because of your dress sense or mannerisms. "Black mates", are you implying only black people commit crimes?
And which "neighborhoods" are we talking about, it would help if you could identify the area of the U.K you traveled to, crime exists in all places even the Republic of Korea which is one of the most peaceful countries I have visited, has a high rate of crime against the person in areas like Hongdae.
So TLDR: I do believe you are confused about what we are discussing here, please discuss the subject of the thread and not "neighborhoods" and "chavs" and "getting jumped". That is not relevant to the discussion!
