Off course it does----it would be stupid not to have one---.

Pakistan also has a cold start doctrine---actually we have multiple scenarios available.

We already know that we can deploy more troops on the border than india at any given time in a given shorter time----. We already know that we can be within 50 to a 100 miles inside of indian border, before the Indians can have a serious come back.

This drama is being played by both the parties---.

Is Pakistan really better than India in Ballistic Missile Technology? I think Pakistan still doesn't hold long-ranged Missiles but India does...... Impartial opinion says Pakistan is far far behind from India in most of the fields and even not in a position to compete India..... That's the fact..... If we deny, we are deceiving ourselves, we are deceiving Pakistan, not India...... We severely need a lot of improvements.....!!!

There is enough nuke stockpile in Pakistan to make India think twice before it did anything stupid. Your same Army cannot even cross the border when it wanted to for the same fear. But keep kidding yourself. The best your valiant forces can do is open fire on the border to fake a skirmish and then get a beating in return. I know you are a frustrated bunch, however, things don't work that way. India can do nothing. All it can do is talk bullshyt and nothing more. I am glad people like you follow on that national philosophy so well. What are you talking about? There have been at least two moments when India wanted to attack but simply couldn't because of our Nukes. 2002, when the attack on parliament took place. 2008 after Mumbai attacks.
Skirmishes on LoC have no relevance.

Anti Indian Sonia had nothing to lose. She could have left India.
