Its not a one way road.

There are several instances of extremist factions among Indian muslims attacking other communities & even liberals voices among their own community for difference of opinion.

Extremists can be found in every religion,be that Islam,Christianity,Hinduism,Judaism or Buddhism.

Doesn't violence against muslims happen in your country? That too often by other muslims? Is it too hard to understand that sh1t happens everywhere, in all countries, especially those with high number of people, like the ones in the sub continent? Do not generalize man, in India, different religions have been coexisting and prospering peacefully for years.

Mosques in Pakistan are frequently bombed during prayers, but that's OK, because it's done by muslims, right? You can rest assured, Indian mosques have been far safer than Pakistani ones on any given day. We don't need rangers and paramilitaries cordoning our mosques because of people of explosive disposition.

The isolated incidents of religious violence in India is condemnable, but is nowhere close to the level of having the entire country's character being tarnished. Pakistan crossed that level long back. So Pakistanis should be the last to gloat over a few incidents in India. An Australian or a Canadian could lecture us, but not a Pakistani.

That is something pakistani's believe to pacify themselves and their failure to control jihadi elements and religious extremism. Maulana Azad knew & prophesied it 60 yrs back.

Muslims are seen with contempt and suspicion even now by non muslims in India. They are equivalent of black minority in USA.
Obviously at individual level people cant possibly hate other they know. My friend was telling how his father a hinduvavadi upper caste hindu saved his muslim workers during riots by hiding because they are 'Good muslims' unlike others.
