30 min is too short. Make it 5 hours.

Cuz lately I've seen people posting 40 minutes after to bump their threads. All they do is mention someone and leave a single line. Then they bump is again mentioning another user and leave a line of text.

No, It's too long. For example, when I want to create a new long thread, I need to post 3-4 consecutive separate posts, which would take a lot of time if there is such a long time limit. I think it is better to remove the time limit for the OP of a thread.
