First of all dispatch a team of people to bus stations / railway stations with the pics, so that they can inquire about this child if any driver saw him with some other person or alone....Since child is special so that I can assume he have no money to travel and worst case scenario is someone picked him to take him other city....Ask your family to run adds on cables ASAP it is very cheap and easy....do register FIR....

Two years back my nephew also gone missing, he was student of APS and we found him by tracking one of the sim card that he picked from home with the help of M.I from Rawalpindi, he ran away because of fearing chitrol (verbal) from his father because of low grades....
