These frontline bunkers are used as observation post with one comm specialist, sniper-spotter team or ATGM team. Whenever, enemy retaliation starts all forward troops are moved to safer distance from the bunkers and take new positions for observatory posts. Therefore, chances of Pak soldiers casualties is almost negligible.

The damaged bunkers are repaired during peacetime.

Meanwhile, enemy location is being accurately spotted during their retaliation phase. Counter precision shelling silence the enemy retaliation for good.

If Indians are accepting the casualties, then these deaths are due to counter precision shelling from Pakistani side.

PS: Most of the videos uploaded by Indian media and Indian trolls are fake or made during Indian army practice some where inside IOJK, not on the front line as such quality videos and the angle of shots taken are questionable during tech analysis.

Just how this one is celebrating Civilian casualties. The hate is so deep that took over the sanity and even humanity. There are hundreds of online Indian Posters including this one, cheering for the shelling that claimed nothing but civilian infrastructure & civilian lives. However, we can keep trying but India seems to be a failed case for humanity in general especially since Modi took over.
