How can court set them free, if they are arrested in shoot out and more over their confession, which they will make during interrogation.

If so called political leaders of Pakistan are any bit honest with Pakistan, they would pass law of handing over all terrorist to army before handing over to interior ministry.

Our new leader is already exposed during last war with Indian, we already know what he's capable of.
We can use such cases to expose him more and more.

In the end, i would love to hear the new interior minister and old foreign minister, when they would be releasing such hard core terrorists with excuses.

Confessions made initially can be thrown out if the accused later claim they were 'coerced' and there is no supporting evidence (Lack of proper forensics and evidence chain).

For example, security forces enter the house after firing and arrest 2 individual and find 2 individuals were killed in shoot-out. Arrested individuals claim they were not involved in shoot out and were only there as 'guests'. If the case goes in front of civil courts the prosecution has to prove that the arrested individuals were involved in the shoot out. That would require forensics such as:
- Fingerprints of arrested individuals on weapons found inside the premises
- Ballistics evidence tying the weapons with their fingerprints to shots fired on security forces
- Gun-powder residue on the arrested individuals further confirming they were firing the capture weapons on security forces

They should stay in armored vehicle unless civilians are off the scene.

To start with it shouldn't a matter of civil court, rather criminal court.
In the end all the forensic requirement listed by you, shall be available in abundance at the scene.

I mean civil court as in not military courts.

And yes, the evidence should be available, but the issue is whether the police that are on the scene are following the proper process and collecting the evidence per required standards etc.

is it a surprise for u , peshawar high court and lahore highcourts have overturned death sentences of convicted terrorist from military courts and set them free in the past, what doubts do u have

They might have been away from the actual site judging by the fact that they don't have their rifles at the ready and are not in a column. Over a decade of CQB has taught the troops atleast this much. Or judging by the civilians standing in the frame they are probably not even inside the outer cordon yet. They would have definitely started moving tactically after entering the cordon.

That's also not possible. If they had to be shot than encounter is the best and legal occasion.
Once arrested, most valuable is the information they hold, so that many of future attacks can be prevented by hitting the master minds and arresting their complicit.
Shooting in cold blood is haram, only kuffars does this.
