There is no tie between health and wealth. Whatever health problems, this Noora has, are being treated, I think, with consultations from experts, local as well as, foreign. There is nothing much in it. In the garb of the illness, this fraud is being played, with the state of Pakistan, to get some relief, for the future politics of Noora and his family. As simple as that.
