Can someone pls explain Nergal's agenda. Although the lower and middle ranks of bal can be a little more than bargained for.

The head of state hasina has been one of the best and longest serving pms of Bangladesh. Under her she allowed for rapid economic growth, got rid of Pakistan establishment sympathisers that constantly sought to sabotage Bangladeshs progress under pak gov influence.


She may not be perfect, but has balanced the China, India-USA & India tug of war very artfully.


What is this guys agenda? Is he another mir jaffar the traitor that flushed bengal down the toilet for British to exploit us?

I am a big fan of Hasina but unfortunately she signed her resignation yesterday.

Social media means politicians cannot escape poor optics. And ever poorer deal making.

The series of bad deals she has signed, as quid pro quo for Indian support for her regime, will mean BAL cannot rig the next election.

BD military will only tolerate a dictator in uniform not in civilian clothes - as her father found to his cost.

So there will have to be an election. And next election cannot be rigged - it will just result in mass violence.

Unless of ofcourse Modi can come up with something extraordinary just before the election e.g. a deal on Teesta. But will people trust an 11th hour deal? It will seem insincere and fake!!!

Pre BJP, India probably has 20-30% support in BD. Thanks to BJP, and their army of haters, India is now a toxic brand in BD.

You are kidding right ? China didn't move a muscle when Imran Khan was ousted. At least Putin claimed that USA is punishing Imran Khan.

So how come that China will ousted Hasina? Chinese policy is bigger than your imagination!

And Pakistan will help us get rid of Hasina? Pakistan is a country that can't get rid off an imported govt , so how it can help Bangladesh?
