Has your tweet been removed? She is the woman responsible

Indian-born Twitter head of legal and policy issues who writes and enforces the rules for hundreds of millions of internet users. Vijaya Gadde, 45, is behind those offending tweets being removed, users being suspended, or in extreme cases booted off Twitter altogether, if rules are flouted.

Twitter users, however, think it is Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey who is behind the company's public face, product and strategy, and Twitter's rules. But in reality it is Gadde who operates in the background while her influence has helped shape Twitter for most of the past decade.

"He rarely weighs in on an individual enforcement decision. I can't even think of a time. I usually go to him and say, 'this is what's going to happen'," NDTV quoted Gadde as saying in a recent interview.

This authority also means that Gadde has the unique job of punishing even the world's most famous tweeter if need arises. "My team has the responsibility to do that with every single individual who uses Twitter, whether it's the president of a country or it's an activist or it's somebody we don't know," she said. "I honestly do my best to treat everyone with that same degree of respect," Gadde added.

Gadde graduated from Cornell University and New York University Law School, and spent almost a decade at a law firm working with tech startups before she joined the Twitter in 2011.

Moving from India to the US as a child, she grew up in east Texas as her dad worked as a chemical engineer on oil refineries in the Gulf of Mexico. "I was the only Indian child most of my education until I went to college. You feel voiceless. And I think that that's kind of what drew me to Twitter-this platform that gives you a voice, and gives you a community and gives you power," she said.

Aww poor little bhakt scumbag needs to dish out payback on society because she was so voiceless in school. And so the gangadeshi inferiority complex manifests in many forms. She's pretty much saying her ego was damaged as a child and she needs to compensate for that now. I suspect they all have similar tales to tell....whites, Muslims, everyone non-Hindutva turned me into a victim.

Now you know why twitter favors Indians...
This is happening all over the world, where Indian recruiters(which are all over the planet) discard applications from Pakistanis.I have seen this happening, when an Indian comes, either in policy making, or HR, Pakistanis are specifically targeted.
I am not talking about big companies here, I am talking about mid tier tech and financial companies.

I joined a new company and discovered the over-representation of Hindu Indians over British Pakistanis - I went straight to HR - currently, my feedback has been pushed up the ladder.

These Indians are overpopulated in their own country and are also overpopulating many Anglo-Saxon nations.

The thing is that no country allows foreigners to come in and occupy key strategic positions. The reason why Indians are being allowed to do this is obvious as daylight. Anglo-Saxon nations are betting on their Indian counterparts to overtake China. These Anglo-Saxon countries are united in their war against China. They are favoring and aiding India in any way possible. From tech to weaponry. From jobs to key positions. It doesn't take an Einstein to figure out why these Anglo-Saxon nations are bestowing so many gifts on their Hindu brethren.

Here comes the ugly part. When China invests through OBOR these Anglo-Saxon savages rear their ugly heads and start protesting. The Indians are simply exploiting the situation.

The problem is not India who is bound to exploit. The real problem is Anglo-Saxon nations who have hatched this plan with one purpose. These Anglo-Saxon nations understand the challange posed by China. They have to gang up because they cannot take on China on their own. The problem for Anglo-Saxon nations is that India does not have the ability nor capacity to challange China. Not today and not in the future.

Thanda reh bhai. When I joined my company, there were there were many Indians around me, but now only one.
Indians get hired, because they have good relations, but by time the managers come to know what they hired, so basically its a self solving. You just save your job and don't confront Indians, if not necessary.

Alarming development.

What to do about these scumbags?

All the more reason for Pakistani governments to prioritize socio-economic development in the country.

I am observing this since past many years. I was denied jobs in best instituition just because I was a Pakistani. Even one time HR Lady said that on my face that I am not selected because I am Pakistani.
Main nain dil main kaha, tumlog kerlo apni, hamary bhi waqt aaeyga.

Secondly, business schools in Pakistan should be taken on board, and students should be trained as per international level. Pakistani graduates should take HR positions all over the planet, and that should be our target.
We must use our universities very strategically.
I don't encourage discriminatory measures against Indian candidates, but the interests of Pakistani candidates should also be preserved.
Kam kerna paryga, and that is achievable.

There is nothing one can do about this development because the Western nations are doing this with a specific design. There is no love story between Indians and Westerners. This is simply meant to aid India. India has been given a job to contain China. The Indians are expected to fulfil this job whilst being showered with jobs and other privileges.

I have previously worked in the IT industry at one of the biggest IT companies in the world. We had Indians who couldn't even speak English come over on temporary permits to work on various tech projects. The mess they left behind was horrendous. The local employees were left their head scratching, but even they understood the reason for such exchanges. It is politically motivated.

I now work at a top ranked prestigious uni. Indians are favored at top positions in the Western academic world. You can imagine that some are also abusing their position to spread hate and chaos. The only Pakistanis and Chinese that are allowed to come over on exchange programs are those that are critical of their identity and government. I have met many such Pakistani academics who are Twitter warriors back home. They occupy top slots in Pakistan at top universities such as Quaid-i-Azam University. These are not your average Joe. They are lecturers and professors at such universities.

You mean instead of making profits, these private western companies are now recruiting useless Indians so as to contain China. Wouldn't it be easier to contain China by decreasing imports from China.
