Not that easy. You cannot wind up business after having invested billions. Besides, there are very little alternatives for Western nations. Who can fulfil the supply demand other than China with an efficient and cheap labor force?

Some assembly lines ars being shifted to Vietnam etc., but that is largely symbolical and experimental. Such smaller nations don't have the ability to churn out large volumes.

Moving Indians up the ladder so they could take responsible positions was happening at the same time as investments were being made in China. That is around the turn of the century. If they wanted to stop China, they should not have invested and reversed any investment they had made prior to that. Investments into China were still very much reversible then.

These Indians are overpopulated in their own country and are also overpopulating many Anglo-Saxon nations.

The thing is that no country allows foreigners to come in and occupy key strategic positions. The reason why Indians are being allowed to do this is obvious as daylight. Anglo-Saxon nations are betting on their Indian counterparts to overtake China. These Anglo-Saxon countries are united in their war against China. They are favoring and aiding India in any way possible. From tech to weaponry. From jobs to key positions. It doesn't take an Einstein to figure out why these Anglo-Saxon nations are bestowing so many gifts on their Hindu brethren.

Here comes the ugly part. When China invests through OBOR these Anglo-Saxon savages rear their ugly heads and start protesting. The Indians are simply exploiting the situation.

The problem is not India who is bound to exploit. The real problem is Anglo-Saxon nations who have hatched this plan with one purpose. These Anglo-Saxon nations understand the challange posed by China. They have to gang up because they cannot take on China on their own. The problem for Anglo-Saxon nations is that India does not have the ability nor capacity to challange China. Not today and not in the future.
