Guys,Though we know that due to the current peaceful atmosphere in J&K the number of pro-India militia's like Ikhwan-ul-Muslimeen,Muslim Mujahideen has been reduced by GoI but can anyone tell whether they have been completely disbanded?

As of 2003 atleast 500 Ikhwan fighters and 300 Muslim Mujahideen members are still active and receive regular stipend from IA and J7K police.

Sources:
Between 350 and 500 Ikhwan members still remain on active duty with the Jammu and Kashmir Police and Army, and are paid a regular stipend.
The Hindu : India's forgotten army
Infuriated by the efforts of the Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) to take direct control of the Hizbul Mujahideen, Dar formed a breakaway faction, the Muslim Mujahideen. The Muslim Mujahideen still exists, led by Dar's one-time bodyguard Ghulam Nabi Azad, but it is now a pro-India militia.
Battle lines in Kashmir
Liaquat was the chief commander of a pro-Pakistan outfit and a terror in Anantnag area before he broke ranks and joined hands with the Army to fight militants in the early 1990s at the peak of militancy. Liaquat, like Zubair Islam and Imran Rahi, was among the first to join the ranks of Ikhwans and fight against militants and made the elections of 1996 possible. Kukka Parrey and Usman Majid were the others who became popular as Ikhwans and together they had raised one of the biggest outfits of surrendered militants.
Two pro-India parties floated in J&K with Army, MHA help - Times Of India

NOTE:We know that many Ikhwan and Mujahideen leaders have joined local politics with Indian Army help.

There were many other similar smaller pro-india groups like Kashmir Ikhwan and Kashmiri Taliban(Not the Taliban in Afghanistan-Pakistan region).

They were active till early 2000s and i have no idea after that as i havent had a chance to visit the valley after that. Most of them joined J&K Police and carried on their fight against the terrorists.

Indian army is suppressing freedom revolt in Kashmir . Indian army is funding and hiding under the name of pro india people

Please note IA has not formed any militia....It maybe a breakaway unit who has a grudge with pro Pakistan groups.

Maybe RAW will use these militia to their advantage, But i doubt IA is involved.

Breaking up Terrorist groups is the success behind a calm Kashmir Today.
