I agree Khattar saab is inexperienced, but he is not corrupt and has devoted his life to the cause of making the lives of people of Haryana better.

Under him, those who are used to corruption is not getting an opportunity to indulge in it and throw their weight around for undue favors and this has resulted in fiction.

He is clearly not a natural politician. But truth is, honest men are hard to come by in Haryana.
